Lab-grown diamond disclosure

All diamonds sold by LeDor are laboratory-grown. They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds but are created in a laboratory, not mined from the earth. Where a diamond is graded, the grading report is issued by an independent laboratory and identifies the stone as laboratory-grown.

Product information

We make every effort to describe and display our pieces accurately. Because each piece is handmade, small variations in size, weight, and color are normal.

Colors and sparkle may look different on your screen than in person.
Carat weights may be listed as total weight ("ctw") and can vary slightly within accepted industry tolerances.
Metal purity is stated as karat (for example, 14K or 18K gold) or as platinum fineness.
We may correct errors in prices, descriptions, or availability at any time, including after an order is placed. If we do, we will contact you before charging your card, and you may cancel.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site belongs to LeDor or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. This includes text, photographs, videos, jewelry designs, logos, and graphics. "LeDor" and the L Dor logo are trademarks of TIKVA SDP LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to copy its content.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as grading laboratories or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. LeDor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in this notice limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Governing law

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
